The PMR has combined over 20 years of property experience across continents and changing marketplaces to put together a revolutionary new community of estate agents. Born of observing and adapting the best practices across property markets in Australia, NZ and the USA the PMR has created the concept of a single network of individual estate agents which has been growing steadily since the end of 2019.

As this website goes live, 20 agents have joined the revolution; an exponential monthly growth as word spreads.

RICK TOOLEY

Rick and his family have been owning estate agencies across the world for nearly 30 years. Moving to London in the early noughties from Auckland he's been able to operate in a fluctuating market. From the property hikes in the first decade of the century to the 2008 crash his teams have sold thousands of properties.

A keen business innovator as well he has created signature products such as the “30 Day Sale” and is now delighted to be rolling out an idea that has been brewing over time, The Property Marketing Revolution.

His vision is to challenge the unconstructive practices here and create a healthy environment for agents to reclaim the integrity of the industry while bolstering the market again.
